1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "pk111", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the pk111 platform accessible at pk111.buzz, licensed under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" refers to the pk111 website, all associated services, betting products, casino games, and account management features available at pk111.buzz.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the pk111 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal player account created by a User upon registration with pk111.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions, together with the pk111 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each of which is incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and pk111 with respect to your use of the Platform.

By completing the pk111 registration process, by accessing the Platform, or by placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of pk111 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the pk111 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are of sound mind and entering into this agreement freely and voluntarily.

pk111 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age or identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and may result in withholding of funds pending completion of KYC procedures.

4 Account Registration

Each User may hold only one active Account on pk111. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

When registering for a pk111 Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk111 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — including Wagers placed and transactions executed — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you. pk111 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• You must not share your pk111 username or password with any third party.
• You must notify pk111 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account by contacting [email protected].
• pk111 reserves the right to verify your identity at account opening or at any subsequent time.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at pk111's discretion, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk111 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk111 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, Sadapay, and other payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits to your pk111 Account wallet are generally credited within minutes of a successful transaction. pk111 does not guarantee deposit processing times as these may be subject to delays caused by the relevant payment service provider.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit ("same-source rule").
• A withdrawal request may not be processed until all applicable KYC verification requirements have been satisfied.
• pk111 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where there is a concern about the source of funds or account security.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn.
• pk111 reserves the right to apply a transaction fee to withdrawals in certain circumstances, as notified on the Platform.
• Processing times for withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method selected. Standard JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically settle within minutes; bank transfers may take up to three business days.

6 Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on the pk111 sportsbook are subject to the applicable sports-specific betting rules published on the Platform. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules for that market.

• Bet Acceptance: pk111 reserves the right to decline or limit any Wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where pk111 suspects market abuse, arbitrage betting, or the exploitation of pricing errors.
• Void Bets: pk111 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at a clearly erroneous price. In such cases, the stake is returned to the User's Account wallet.
• Live Betting: Wagers accepted on in-play markets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. Network latency may result in slight differences between displayed and confirmed odds, in which case the confirmed odds at acceptance prevail.
• PSL and Cricket Markets: For PSL matches and international cricket fixtures, specific market rules (e.g., Duckworth-Lewis method application, minimum overs for match bets to stand) are published within the relevant market rules documentation on the Platform.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, settlement rules applicable to that event type will apply. Generally, bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned unless settlement has already been determined by the completion of sufficient play.

7 Casino Games

All casino games offered on the pk111 Platform — including live dealer tables, slots, table games, and game show formats — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, use physical dealing and spinning equipment streamed in real time.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage applicable to each slot game is disclosed within the game information panel accessible from the pk111 casino lobby. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term return calculated over millions of game rounds and do not constitute a guarantee of any individual session outcome.

Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and expiry dates.

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the required number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• pk111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, providing reasonable notice where practicable.
• Only one bonus may be active on a pk111 Account at any given time unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between Accounts.
• pk111 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if pk111 determines that a User has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies.
• Bonus Funds that remain unclaimed or that fail to meet wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited from the User's Account.

9 Responsible Gaming

pk111 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. pk111 operates under an international gaming license that mandates responsible gaming compliance. The following tools and policies are in place for all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, limits may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration reminders that display a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) from Account settings or by contacting support.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk111 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all Wagers, and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Creating more than one Account on pk111 (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit pricing errors, system vulnerabilities, or bonus structures in a manner not intended by pk111.
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place Wagers, or play casino games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or corrupt betting activity.
• Laundering funds or using pk111 for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk111 support staff or other Users.
• Attempting to access the Platform through proxy servers or VPN services with the intent of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Sharing your Account with, or transferring funds to, any other person or allowing any other person to use your Account.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

pk111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• A self-exclusion request from the User or a third-party responsible gaming intervention.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, pk111 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in the User's Account. Where closure is not related to a breach — for example, where a User voluntarily closes their Account — any remaining Real Money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk111 Platform, including but not limited to the pk111 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and game content, is the intellectual property of pk111 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pk111 Platform without the prior written consent of pk111.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk111 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

pk111's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of the funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises. pk111 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

pk111 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free from errors, interruptions, or technical defects. pk111 will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform availability but accepts no liability for any losses arising from temporary unavailability, including during PSL match periods or other peak traffic events.

14 Privacy

pk111's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the pk111 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pk111 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk111 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the provision of the Platform services. pk111 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk111 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

16 Amendments to These Terms

pk111 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes affecting User rights, financial conditions, or responsible gaming obligations — pk111 will provide at least fourteen days' advance notice via email to the registered address on your Account and/or via an on-Platform notification.

Non-material amendments (such as formatting corrections, typographical fixes, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Users) may be made without advance notice. Your continued use of the pk111 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
